Brad Green is originally from Corner, Alabama, and is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law (J.D. 2006). While in law school Brad was a member of the law school’s national trial team. Brad obtained his bachelor’s degree from Birmingham-Southern College (B.A. 2003) where he majored in Political Science.

Brad is AV Preeminent rated (the highest possible rating) by Martindale-Hubbell. Brad’s practice is focused on Domestic Relations, Civil Litigation and Probate Litigation. Brad has been listed as one of the “Top Attorneys” in Birmingham Magazine’s and B-Metro’s annual profile of the Birmingham legal community. In 2016 he was named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers. Brad has appeared in the majority of Alabama’s judicial circuits, and is a regular speaker at various continuing legal education seminars.

Brad volunteers with the Birmingham Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Program by taking referred pro bono clients and by working with the Domestic Relations Help Desk.

Each summer Brad works with Alabama Boys State, a week-long camp that brings 600 rising high school seniors together to focus on building leadership, civic and community involvement.
